At Artisanal Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your slow-fashion purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5 business days.
